Choosing the Right Attorney

When selecting a lawyer to represent anyone, questions should be in mind before making a decision:

- How serious is the criminal offense?

- What is the attorney's fee for representation?

- Can fats be provided to minimize legal expenses or must initial facts be followed up by additional facts?

- Does the attorney want money first or is he or she willing to gain insight to determine the ability to represent the case?

GDW Lawyers want to know the problem first to realize the seriousness of charges and initial advocacy steps to secure a strong defensive foundation. Our firm's fee consists of two parts: a court appearance fee & a retainer fee (although the initial consultation is free of charge).
